HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You can return any purchase at the customer's expense:

Submit your request by filling out the required fields on the contact page. You will receive update notifications from Customer Service.

The returned goods must be returned, intact, no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the same (for this purpose, the date on the courier's waybill delivered to the buyer together with the goods will be valid) to the following address:

The Buyer is required to return the goods, according to the above-mentioned methods, to a post office or any other type of courier. Packages returned with cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted under any circumstances.
As required by the aforementioned Legislative Decree, once the checks on the correct use of the Right of Withdrawal have been completed, ICON RETAIL SRL will create a voucher to be spent in-store or online or a refund to the Buyer within the legal deadlines for the amount paid for the purchase of the goods.
