ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER MILAN

The candidate must have previous experience in the retail sector and must have a propensity for assisted selling.
Main tasks:
- welcome and accompany the customer during the sales process in order to ensure an adequate level of satisfaction.
- Proactively contribute to the achievement of financial objectives and required KPIs.
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Support and assistance to the store manager in carrying out the main tasks
- autonomy in carrying out the store manager's functions in his absence
Required:
- Ability to work in a team and interact with the public
- Predisposition to achieve goals
- Flexible hours and ability to work weekends and holidays
- Dynamism and initiative;
