ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER MILAN

The candidate must have previous experience in the retail sector and must have a propensity for assisted selling.

Main tasks:

  • welcome and accompany the customer during the sales process in order to ensure an adequate level of satisfaction.
  • Proactively contribute to the achievement of financial objectives and required KPIs.
  • Receiving and storing deliveries
  • Support and assistance to the store manager in carrying out the main tasks
  • autonomy in carrying out the store manager's functions in his absence

Required:

  • Ability to work in a team and interact with the public
  • Predisposition to achieve goals
  • Flexible hours and ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Dynamism and initiative;
